The LIFT partnership has well established governance arrangements. Its operations are overseen by the Community 1st Cornwall board.

    Tony is the independent chair of Community 1st Cornwall. He has worked in a variety of local government roles from 1969 until October 2004 and subsequently supported various national and local government strategic reviews as a government adviser with a focus on public health and social care.

    Antek was previously an executive Director of NHS Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly responsible for commissioning primary and community services and developing partnerships with the new unitary authority in Cornwall.
